Booking Private Leather Craft Workshop

【Reservation Process】
Step 1: Confirm Style and Duration
- Please click Here to view all available workshop products.
- Workshop duration: Please review the 【Workshop Information】 section on each product page. If the time exceeds 6 hours, it is recommended to split it into two days.

Step 2: Choose Materials and Customization
- Select your desired leather color, material options, and customization details (such as embossing content) on the product page.
- Add the selected product to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Select Workshop Date and Time
- Return to this page.
- Choose your preferred workshop tiers.
- Select the start date (if splitting into two days, please specify during confirmation).
- Choose a time slot (based on full hours).
- Add your preferences to the shopping cart.

Step 4: Payment and Confirmation
- Complete the reservation by checking out with the product from Step 2 and the workshop schedule from Step 3.
- Within 24 hours after payment, we will contact you via phone to reconfirm all details. If you do not receive a message, please click Here to contact us proactively.

- 將選定的款式加入購物車。

步驟三：選擇工作坊時段
- 回到此頁面。
- 選擇您偏好的工作坊類型。
- 選擇開始日期（如需分兩天進行，請在確認細節時提出）。
- 選擇時間（請以整點為選擇基礎）。
- 將選定的偏好加入購物車。

步驟四：付款與確認
- 將步驟二的款式和步驟三的工作坊時段一同結帳付款，即完成預約。
- 付款後24小時內，我們會透過電話聯繫，與您再次確認所有細節。若未收到聯繫，請按此處主動與我們聯絡。

Advance Booking (Early Bird)
- Book at least 14 working days in advance.
- You can select your preferred date via our online booking system.
- Eligible for discounted prices.

Recent Booking
- Booking within 14 working days.
- You can select your preferred date via our online booking system.
- Discounted prices do not apply.
- Upon confirmation, we will notify you of the remaining balance to be paid. This balance must be settled on the day of the workshop.

Urgent Booking
- The reservation date is only 3-7 working days away, so no available times are shown in the online system.
- Urgent fee starts at 40% of the original price.
- If you understand the additional fee, please click Here to contact us directly and complete your reservation.

Rescheduling
- Within 2 working days after payment: you can change details such as date, time, materials, or style.
- Urgent reservation: once confirmed, no changes are accepted.

Early Arrival, Tardiness, and Overtime
- Up to 30 minutes early is allowed; please contact us in advance to confirm if we can accommodate. No additional charge.
- Tardiness: No makeup time is provided; the workshop duration will be shortened accordingly.
- Overtime: If the workshop exceeds the included hours, an extra fee of HK$50 per half-hour will be charged for every half-hour (any part of a half-hour counts as a full half-hour).

Absence (No Show)
- Definition: Arriving 2 hours or more late.
- Refunds: No refunds for any paid fees.
- Responsibility for Follow-up Arrangements: If absent, you must reply within 7 working days on how to proceed. If this deadline is missed, it will be considered a waiver of ownership of the materials and the paid fees.

- Options for follow-up arrangements:
1. Pick up materials: If you wish to collect the prepared leather materials, you can arrange a time to pick them up in person, or pay for shipping to have them mailed on the nearest mailing date.
2. Reschedule: If you want guided instruction and to craft by hand, an additional HK$600 fee applies, and you can schedule within the remaining available dates within one month.
3. Commission work: If you want us to complete the work on your behalf, an additional HK$400 fee applies, and you can pick up the finished product after 14 working days.
