Leather Edge Finishing
At our workshop, we pay special attention to the details of leather edge finishing, using two specialized techniques to enhance both durability and aesthetics.

Folded Edge
This traditional method combines folding and pressing the leather edges to create a smooth, rounded finish. It showcases exceptional craftsmanship and gives the leather a refined, elegant texture that develops a unique patina over time. We typically apply this technique to vegetable-tanned leather, allowing its natural character and timeless charm to shine through.

Edge Paint
Our edge painting technique produces a sleek, polished, and durable edge, ideal for chrome-tanned leather and the entire product perimeter. Each edge is carefully sanded, coated, polished, and waxed to achieve a flawless finish. The edge color usually matches the main leather for a seamless look. For a modern touch, you may opt for a contrasting color to add visual interest.
